At day 3, arrows highlight oligomeric species, while at day 7 they point to longer fibrils. B-C) Cell toxicity assay of purified AS. SHSY-5Y cells were exposed to increasing amounts of AS native (B) or TAT-AS (C) for 24 hours; then cell viability was measured by MTT colorimetric test.
