Effect of FK506 on the growth of C. humicola under Al stress. The initial OD₆₀₀ of each culture was adjusted to 0.05, and FK506 was added to a final concentration of 1 μg/mL. The culture was then incubated at 30 °C while shaking at 200 rpm. The OD₆₀₀ was measured every 2 h. FK506: Inhibitor of CaN.
