Transfection and localization of Oct4, Sox2, Klf4 and c-Myc in GEFs. Indirect immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the transfection of mRNA from the four reprogramming factors Oct4, Sox2, Klf4 and c-Myc. After five consecutive transfections, expression of the four reprogramming factors were observed in GEFs, and localized in the nucleus. GEFs without transfection were used as the blank control. Immunofluorescence staining without primary antibodies was employed as the negative control. Neither blank control or negative control showed positive staining. Scale bar: 50 μm
