Effects of temperature (part a) and pH (part b) on stability of EndoPG. Thermostability was determined by incubating the enzyme at different temperatures (20–60 °C) in 100 mM sodium acetate buffer, pH 5 and measuring the residual activity under the optimal enzyme working conditions. For pH stability, the enzyme was incubated at various pH buffers 2.0–9.0 at 50 °C and the residual activity was measured after 24 h. The activity without pre-incubation was denoted as 100%. Data points are the mean values and error bars represent standard deviations from triplicate experiments
