FMDV-specific immune responses in cattle measured by LPB-ELISA in PD50 test. Blood samples were collected at 0, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days post-vaccination for the LPB-ELISA detection. LPB-ELISA value ≥ 128 (log10 2.1) indicates above 99 % protection to the viral challenge according to the manufacture’s instruction. Each data points represents the mean ± standard error of measurements for five cattle from immunized groups and for 2 cattle from control group
