Total fatty acid and glycogen content at different C/N ratios; Strains were cultured at 30 °C and 300 rpm in 30 ml screw cap jars containing 10 ml medium of the desired C/N ratio. Total lipid an glycogen content was determined on 60 mg of freeze dried cells.
