AtT-20 cells were fixed and permeabilized 24 h after transfection; targeted PAM proteins were visualized using antibody to GFP and a FITC-tagged secondary antibody (green in merged images and white in panels showing GFP alone); subcellular markers were visualized using a Cy3-tagged secondary antibody (red) and nuclei were stained using Hoechst (blue).
