Immunogenicity of fusion protein. Groups of C3H/HeJ mice (n = 6) were vaccinated i.p. with three doses of HA1-2, HA1-2-fliC, or PBS on days 0, 14, and 28. The animals were bled 12 days following the second and third immunization. Antibody titers were measured by ELISA or HAI assay. a HA1-2-specific IgG titers.
