Content of fatty acid oxidation product in oil from Linola (control) flax plant and supplemented with different quantities of lutein standard. The samples heated for 30 min at 140 °C were measured using the TBARS method and data are expressed as the MDA equivalent (g/100 g oil). The results are the average of 5 repetitions ± SD, *statistically significant data (p < 0.05)
