E.coli BL21 Star (DE3) cells grown at different temperatures, and the percentages of insoluble GTFB within the inclusion bodies (IBs) were determined by Bio-Rad protein assay and densitometric analysis of SDS-PAGE separated proteins. All cell samples were harvested at a culture OD600 of 1.8. The experiments were done in duplicate
