(C) Similar experiments than in (B) were conducted with the GFP targeted dsDNA fragment and the pmeGFP vector using the molar ratio plasmid/gene repair agent of 1/10 (plain bars). The repair efficiency was measured by eGFP positive cells counting using flow cytometry. For each dsDNA fragments: Ctr, non-correcting control fragment; Rep, repair dsDNA fragment.
