  1. Mustang Q Acrodiscs were challenged with 500-ml aliquots of HYPERFlask vessel-derived vector supernatants. Buffer exchange was carried out by Sepharose CL-4B size exclusion chromatography as outlined under Materials and Methods. Titers were determined by FACS using HOS cells. Data from three independent productions are shown. Data are expressed as mean ± SD.
