A consensus TATA box is enclosed in a single-line box; two upstream CAAT boxes are underlined; the G-box is enclosed in a double-line box; a GATA-like sequence associated with tissue-specificity is overlined. The Cabpro570R primer location is indicated along with the additional BamHI site; the double reverse arrow marks the 3' end of the Cab19 promoter generated using the Cabpro570R primer; the right-facing arrow indicates the position of the translation start site for the peach Lhcb2*Pp1 gene.
