Illustration of ultrasonic velocity (dU) profiles of PK-untreated and PK-treated scrapie infected and healthy brain homogenates prepared at 2%. Binding reaction was performed in the reaction buffer at 25°C. A 10 ul-buffer solution containing plasminogen coated beads (2 × 10⁷) was added to each sample (t = 0). Scrapie PK-untreated (black triangle), PK-treated (grey triangle) and healthy PK-untreated (black circle) and PK-treated (grey circle) are shown over approximately 3-hour of the reaction.
