Localization of internalized TAT-SA in HeLa cells by immunoelectron microscopy at 4 h post transduction. Intracellular TAT-SA was detected with pre-embedding immunolabeling technique, in which anti-SA staining was followed by silver-enhanced nanogold and gold-toning treatments.
