Data shown represents mean ± s.d. of six independent transfections B. Calcium phosphate transfection in 293T cells was performed using decreasing concentrations of sodium butyrate. Data represent mean ± s.d. of three independent experiments. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001 using one-way ANOVA with Bonferroni comparison.
