From: Identification of gliadin-binding peptides by phage display
Phage recovery experiment. Different phage (1 × 1011 pfu), as indicated on the X-axis, were incubated in gliadin (10 ng) coated microtiter wells. After washing, bound phage were eluted and counted. The Y-axis shows the number of recovered phage given as plaque forming units (pfu). The experiment was replicated three times. Error bars indicate the variation between the experiments.
