  1. The eight human STR markers incorporated in the multiplex assay with corresponding repeat region, fragment length (based on LIZ GeneScanâ„¢500 size standard), and number of repeats based on the DNA analysis from sixty-two vervet monkey samples. The correlation of the allele size and number of repeats was determined based on sequencing data.
