From: αvβ3-targeted sEVs for efficient intracellular delivery of proteins using MFG-E8
The αvβ3 targeting of sEVs with MFG-E8. The binding between integrin ανβ3 on A549 cell membrane and EGF-like domain of MFG-E8(EGF-EGFP) was confirmed by the immunoprecipitation assay (a and Additional file 1: Figures S12, S13).And the αvβ3 expression of several kinds of cells was screened by western blotting (b and Additional file 1: Figures S14, S15).
