FMDV-specific immune responses in cattle measured by LPB-ELISA. Groups of cattle (n = 5) immunized with 200ug or 100ug of FMDV VLPs. Blood samples were collected at 21 days post-vaccination and 2, 3,4,5 and 6 months after vaccination for the LPB-ELISA detection. LPB-ELISA value ≥ 128 (log10 2.1) indicates above 99 % protection to the viral challenge according to the manufacture’s instruction
