  1. Protein and DNA concentrations of 150-cm2 dish-derived and HYPERFlask vessel-derived vector supernatants were determined using a Qubit assay kit (Invitrogen). Productions were performed side-by-side (n = 3). Data are expressed as mean ± SD.
