Expression pattern of MAP2 gene during NHA differentiation. Results of Real time PCR and Western blot analysis confirmed presence of MAP2 gene product in undifferentiated NHA cells both at mRNA and protein level and revealed changes in MAP2 expression in neural and non-neural population after differentiation.
