Effect of 0.1% (w/v) surfactants on the activity of Tk-SP. Tk-SP was incubated at 80°C or 90°C for 20 min in 50 mM Tris–HCl (pH 7.5) containing a 0.1% (w/v) surfactant, and the relative activities were determined using azocasein as the substrate. Each experiment was carried out three times, and the average values are shown together with the error bars.
