Western blot analysis of HA products harvested from leaf apoplastic space extracts. N. benthamiana plants that were transiently transformed with pTRAa-H5 were infiltrated with buffer, following which the buffer was collected by low-speed centrifugation. HA was detected in the apoplastic space extracts using rabbit anti-H5N1 antibody.
