Unfortunately, an error ocurred during the final phase of publishing.
In the section Methods, subsection Linear mixed models, there is a numbered list summarizing the appropriate calculations for performing the difference and equivalence tests. Under numbers 2 and 4 in this list, the first argument of the lsd function in the equations for the confidence limits should be GR instead of GC.
