RNAi and bioassays by feeding dsRNA (500 ppm) specific to vATPase subunit (A-H) genes against F. occidentalis. A RNAi efficiencies of eight individual dsRNAs in adults. A viral gene CpBV302 was used as the control dsRNA (dsCON). An elongation factor EF1 was used to normalize the expression levels. Each measurement was replicated with three independent samplings.
