Restoration of IL-2 (a & b) and IFN-γ (c& d) production by addition of anti-PD-1 SS107 scFvto co-cultures of Jurkat cells with HepG2 and A549 cells (P < 0.0001). Stimulated Jurkat T cells (Jurkat+) without co-culture and without SS107 treatment served as the positive control. Stimulated Jurkat cells co-cultured with HepG2 and A549 cells treated with an irrelevant scFv (anti-c-Met) and unstimulated Jurkat cells treated with SS107 scFv were used as the negative controls. The results are shown as mean [± SD] amounts of cytokine secreted by the treated cells. Each experiment was performed in triplicate
