Relative expression of GmCHIT1 in soybean leaves during P. pachyrhizi infection. a Quantitative RT-qPCR analysis was carried out to quantify GmCHIT1 transcript accumulation at 0, 8, 24, 48, 72 and 240 hpi compared to that in the mock-treated plants. The actin (GenBank: NM_001289231.2) and an unknown protein (GenBank: BE330043) [32] encoding genes were used as references. Three independent biological replicates ± standard errors.
