rhRSPO1 in vivo bioactivity. BALB/c mice were injected intravenously (i.v.) with 50 μg of rhRSPO1 (N = 7) or saline (40 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, 5% Trehalose), as a negative control (N = 5), for three consecutive days.
