The metabolic clearance rate (MCR) of N-eCG and of R-eCGβ/α. Both eCGs were intravenously administrated at 5 IU through the tail vein. Blood samples were collected after 10 and 30 min and 1, 2, and 24 h. The samples were centrifuged at 5000 rpm for 15 min at 4 °C, and eCG concentrations in the serum were estimated using a PMSG ELISA kit. The levels of eCG were analyzed via sandwich ELISA in triplicate. Superscripts indicate significant differences in the groups (p < 0.05)
