The reference probe library sequences (N = 3164) were grouped according to ranges of expected capture size in increasing order to highlight biases in probe formation and predict downstream capture performance. Read depth is defined as the number of reads that map to a specific reference sequence. b On the horizontal axis, probe library sequences were grouped according to expected probe capture size ranges. The percentages of ORFs represented by concordant probes within these expected capture size ranges were plotted for both LASSO assembly methods.
