The intracellular and extracellular hydrolytic activity of PLD-CBD and PLD-CBD-ESN. (1) PLD: the group of BL21/pET28a-PLD-CBD induced by IPTG and L-arabinose; (2) PLD-ESN-1: the group of BL21/pET28a-PLD-CBD-araC-ESN induced by IPTG when OD600 reached 0.6. (3) PLD-ESN-2: the group of BL21/pET28a-PLD-CBD-araC-ESN induced by IPTG when OD600 reached 0.2 and induced by L-arabinose when OD600 reached 0.6 then cultured at 20 °C. (4) PLD-ESN-3: the group of BL21/pET28a-PLD-CBD-araC-ESN induced by IPTG when OD600 reached 0.4 and induced by L-arabinose when OD600 reached 0.6 then cultured at 20 °C. (5) PLD-ESN-4: the group of BL21/pET28a-PLD-CBD-araC-ESN induced by IPTG when OD600 reached 0.2 and induced by L-arabinose when OD600 reached 0.6 then cultured at 30 °C. (6) PLD-ESN-5: the group of BL21/pET28a-PLD-CBD-araC-ESN induced by IPTG when OD600 reached 0.4 and induced by L-arabinose when OD600 reached 0.6 then cultured at 30 °C
