Mitogenesis examination of recombinant Ganoderma FIPs on mouse splenocytes using a MTT method. PBS and ConA (5 μg mL^− 1) were used as negative and positive controls to treat splenocytes. Final concentrations of different rFIPs were 5 μg mL^− 1, results of which were from triplicate tests. Statistical analysis was performed through one-way ANOVA.
