The effect of PEG-FGF21 and FGF21 on blood glucose and plasma insulin in DIO mice. FGF21 and PEG-FGF21 treatment protocol for diabetic mice wherein diabetic mice received vehicle or FGF21 and PEG-FGF21 (25 μg/kg BW, every other three days) for 10 weeks (a).
