  1. Strains in glass screw-cap tubes were cultivated aerobically in the dark at 37 °C, until the cultures reached an OD600 of 0.5. Then culture was added with 1 mM IPTG and cultivated anaerobically in the dark for 72 h. All experiments were performed in triplicate
