The apoptosis of tumor cells induced by GBP-SubA. a. HL-7702, DLD1 and HepG2 cells were incubated with 0.1 μg/mL GBP-SubA for 12 h. The entry of GBP-SubA to cells was analyzed by immunofluorescence. The GBP-SubA was stained by anti-His-tag primary antibody and FITC-conjugated secondary antibody, the actin was stained by Rhodamine-conjugated Phalloidin, and the nucleus was stained by DAPI. b. HL-7702, DLD1 and HepG2 cells were incubated with 0.1 μg/mL GBP-SubA for 48 h, the control was treated with PBS, and the apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry
