FMDV-specific immune responses in cattle measured by virus neutralizing antibody test. Blood samples were collected at 0, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days post-vaccination for the virus neutralizing antibody test. The virus neutralizing antibody was expressed by the average titers of cattle in one whole group at different time points. Each data points represents the mean ± standard error of measurements for five cattle from immunized groups and for 2 cattle from control group
