Immunohistoflourescence localization of mASAL in transgenic rice. Transverse sections were prepared from tissues of mASAL expressing transgenic lines and control untransformed plants. Panels a, b and c represent the transverse sections of leaf, stem and root of control plants. Panels d, e and f represent the transverse sections of leaf, stem and root of mASAL expressing transgenic lines. Tissue sections were treated with anti-mASAL anti-serum as primary antibody and FITC-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as secondary antibody. The presence of mASAL is indicated by the green fluorescence. Bar represents 10 μm
