Viral genome DNA copy number analysis in selected tissues. After bioluminescence imaging, animals were killed, genomic DNA was isolated from different tissues, and 100 ng DNA of each tissue sample was used to determine viral genome DNA copy numbers by using primers of Firefly luciferase. Levels of significance were determined using one-way analysis of variance. The data are shown as mean values ± SEM
