Fluorescence image of I-YFP GJIC assay in LN215 cells. The LN215-YFPQL cells combined with wild-type LN215 (a) or LN215-I- (b) cells were plated on a 96-well plate. After 24 h of incubation, the culture media were replaced with 100 μL of C-solution. Phase contrast and fluorescence images were collected before and 1 min after adding 100 μL of I-solution.
