HBV-neutralizing activity of pseudotype VLPs harbouring anti-HBsAg molecule in comparison to the full length parental antibody (MAb). Concentrations (μg/mL) of anti-HBsAg fused proteins scFv-Fc-VP2 and scFv-VP2 displayed on the respective pseudotype VLPs (construct #1 and construct #2) are indicated. Highly purified HBV was preincubated with the indicated quantities of the respective proteins for 1 h at 16 °C and afterwards added to PTHs for 16 h at 37 °C. As a negative control, VP1/GFP-VP2 at concentration 8 μg/mL is used. Newly produced HBsAg of infected PTH cultures was determined on day 11. The red line indicates the Cut-off
