In (a), the 2SY cultured transformants were centrifuged , and the supernatant proteins were loaded on gel and stained with coomassie blue. In (b), the expressed supernatant proteins at various cultivation times were loaded on Tricine-SDS-PAGE, and the gel was transferred to PVDF membranes. The protein was detected with primary anti-His-Tag. (c), the transformant was cultured and the OD600 were measured at time intervals. The productivity of rTFF1 was estimated by comparing the density of rTFF1 bands to standard rTFF1 on SDS-PAGE gels analyzed by Gel-Pro AnalyzerTM version 3.0 (Total-Integra Technology Co., Ltd, Taipei, Taiwan). The arrow mark indicates the rTFF1 band.
