Western blot analysis of 6 × His-TtsfGFP purified with by a Ni-NTA column. The purified 6 × His-TtsfGFP isolated from cells with 2 μg/mL of CdCl2 for 18 h. From the Ni-NTA affinity purification columns, the recombinant 6 × His-TtsfGFP was observed as ~34 kDa protein in the first elution (Lane 1, arrow), the flow-through (Lane 2), and the first wash (Lane 3) determined using a monoclonal mouse anti-GFP antibody as the primary antibody(1:1000).
