  1. Enzyme was pre-incubated with different surfactants, commercial detergents and oxidizing agents at 65°C for 1 h and assayed as standard assay method. The enzyme activity without incubation with surfactants, commercial detergents and oxidizing agents was taken as 100%. Mean standard deviation for all the values is < ± 5.0%.
