  1. Enzyme was pre-incubated with different organic solvents at a concentration of 30% (v/v) at 65°C for different time period and assayed as standard assay method. The enzyme activity without incubation with organic solvent was taken as 100%. Mean standard deviation for all the values is < ± 5.0%.
