  1. Enzyme activity was determined at 65°C in the presence of metal ions in the reaction mixture directly and for stability enzyme was pre-incubated with different metal ions at 65°C for 1 h and assayed as standard assay method. The enzyme activity without incubation with metal ions was taken as 100%. Mean standard deviation for all the values is < ± 5.0%.
