Recombinant full-length tPA protein. A scheme showing the functional domains of HisTag-PSP-tPA-RGDS protein (calculated MW 66.7 kDa) generated using auto-induction in E. coli Origami 2 cells. The protein was further processed using His-affinity purification and cleavage with PSP to generate a tag-free 528 amino acid full-length tPA with a calculated MW of 60.8 kDa.
