The scFvs were detected by Western blot analysis in 10 μL supernatant from E.coli XL-1 Blue MRF’ production in 96 well microtiter plates. The production yield was evaluated according to the band intensities. +++ best yield, ++ medium yield, + low yield, 0 no yield. Wt wild-type scFv coding sequence, dF deletion of the c-terminal phenylalanine from the scFv coding sequence.
