Determination of the cross-reaction of mouse sera by indirect ELISA. Antigens 1xVSO1-100xELP and 4xVSO1-100xELP were coated and the cross-reaction against the other antigen was analyzed. Mouse sera specific against 1xVSO1-100xELP were applied at a dilution of 1:2000 and mouse sera specific against 4xVSO1-100xELP were diluted at 1:5000. Extinction was measured at 405Â nm (ordinate).
