Effect of incubation of PschSOD with denaturating and proteolytic agents. PschSOD was incubated in the presence of (A) Urea (B) Imidazole at concentration 1–4 M as mentioned in the figure and with proteolytic enzyme (C) Trypsin (1/20 w/w) and (D) Chymotrypsin in 50 mM potassium phosphate buffer, pH 7.8, at 37°C with varying time intervals of 0–3 h.
